In 1Q26, we do not expect broad-based earnings growth across real estate developers, except for special cases such as bulk sales recognition (VHM) or project stake divestments (PDR).

While market liquidity may be partially impacted by interest rates, we believe developers offering high-utility products and trading at attractive valuations remain well positioned for accumulation.
