Gia Bình International Airport is a strategic pivot in Vietnam’s national aviation infrastructure planning, with a total investment exceeding VNDbn 196,000 and a 4F-standard design, phase I aims to serve 30 million passengers and 1.6 million tons of cargo annually by 2030.

Gia Binh Airport will be a new economic engine, redirecting cargo from industrial hubs and easing Noi Bai’s overcapacity. This infrastructure will attract FDI, especially in semiconductors, while boosting industrial real estate and logistics-urban zones. For aviation, it represents a strategic breakthrough to restructure the Northern market, improving both service quality and efficiency.

We expect TCB, KBC, CTD, and HVN to be the primary beneficiaries throughout the construction and operational phases of the Gia Binh Airport.
